Training 1-2-1 is always the first option, however, I do train friends and couples together. Sometimes it helps the people to add that little bit of
healthy competition that training alone cannot bring. Also if you're not quite ready to have a personal 1-2-1 or don't feel like you have enough confidence, then this will provide a nice
platform until your ready to go alone, or just enjoy traing with somone!
