I use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goal/s in a realistic and achievable time frame.

This programme is ideal for extreme sports, endurance athletes and the advance to be really challenged! Using a wide array of exercises, adding fun and eliminating monotony!
I mainly train at Pure Gym Harlow which has a large selection of freeweights, resistance machines and cardio equipment but home training is also an option. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt and focus on correct alignment to maximise progression. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!
If at first you're not quite ready or comfortable with personal training, why not try a session with a friend or group of friends? This way you can all get fit, have fun at the same time and share the cost between you. If then you want to progress to training just let me know.
